Pay yearly and a brochure site of up to five pages is rebuilt free. Bigger jobs, like new features or online bookings, are quoted up front, and quotes are free. Plans cover brochure sites and small web apps. Online stores and busy sites are quoted separately.

Good questions

Do I need a new website?
Not always. If your site is in good shape, I take it over as it is. Older WordPress, Wix and Squarespace sites are usually quicker to rebuild than to patch. You get a fixed quote first, and on a yearly plan a brochure site of up to five pages is rebuilt free.
What counts as a small change?
Updating text, prices, opening hours, photos or staff details, or fixing something that has stopped working. Anything bigger is quoted before I start.
Who owns my domain and website?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, with me as the technical contact. If you ever leave, everything is handed over to you.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Plans are month to month. Pay for the year up front and you get two months free.
My site is on WordPress, Wix or Squarespace. Can you help?
Yes, by moving you off it. I don't maintain WordPress sites: the constant plugin updates are where most small business sites break or get hacked. I rebuild them as fast, simple sites with nothing to update and very little to attack.
What backups do you keep?
Every version of your site is saved, so any change can be rolled back in minutes. On the Care plan, if your site stores information like bookings or enquiries, its database is backed up and each backup is kept for 30 days.
Will customers be able to find my site on Google?
Every page I build or rebuild is set up for search engines as standard on both plans: clear page titles and descriptions, sensible headings and fast mobile loading. No one can promise a ranking, but your site starts with the foundations in place.
What happens to my email?
Your inbox stays with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, in your name. I'll check the settings are right so your emails stop landing in spam.
